All cards are shipped to the address given at checkout.

Direct To Me - The card will come with an unsealed envelope ready for you to put something inside or hand write your message.

Direct To Recipient - The card will come sealed in an envelope ready to be opened by the recipient.

It's a simple! Just send us an email explaining what design / player you would like. We typically respond within 1 hour between 8AM-4PM. Contact Us.

Global Delivery

All cards are dispatched the next business day. More info on delivery times available at checkout and also here.

Cancelations
We do accept cancelations provided the item has not already been fulfilled and shipped.

Returns
For non-personalised items we do accept returns provided they are returned within 14 days of delivery and are in perfect condition. All returns are paid by the buyer and returned to our UK or EU return hub.
We do not accept returns for personalised items.

Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return your refund should be within your bank in 3-10 Business Days.
