Direct To Recipient - The card will come sealed in an envelope ready to be opened by the recipient.

Cancelations, Returns & Refunds

Cancelations
We do accept cancelations provided the item has not already been fulfilled and shipped.

Returns
For non-personalised items we do accept returns provided they are returned within 14 days of delivery and are in perfect condition. All returns are paid by the buyer and returned to our UK or EU return hub.
We do not accept returns for personalised items.

Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return your refund should be within your bank in 3-10 Business Days.
