Cancelations, Returns & Refunds
Cancelations We do accept cancelations provided the item has not already been fulfilled and shipped.
Returns For non-personalised items we do accept returns provided they are returned within 14 days of delivery and are in perfect condition. All returns are paid by the buyer and returned to our UK or Poland return hub. We do not accept returns for personalised items.
